Like any business, DigitalCustom may from time-to-time be involved in changes of shareholders or corporate affiliations. Such transactions affecting the entire entity are not deemed by DigitalCustom to be a "sale" or "transfer" of its customer list to a third-party and may be consummated.

• DigitalCustom is a highly-secure secure system. Nonetheless, it is impossible for DigitalCustom to absolutely guarantee the security of its system from interference by highly-skilled malicious hackers, or by unauthorized persons who have obtained valid login information from a customer. The extensive steps DigitalCustom takes to ensure security reflect a commitment to reduce the risk of breach by a party without valid login credentials to a low level. Comprehensive Confidentiality/Non-Disclosure Agreements

• DigitalCustom employees and contractors execute Comprehensive Confidentiality/Non-Disclosure Agreements. Projects are discussed on a "need-to-know" basis and employees are instructed not to discuss projects outside DigitalCustom facilities.

• DigitalCustom employees and contactors are aware that a breach of confidentiality will result in serious consequences, which may include civil or criminal prosecution.

• DigitalCustom is pleased to execute a Confidentiality/Non-Disclosure Agreement with your company, in a form acceptable to our legal department.

Passwords and System Security

• DigitalCustom stores and maintains customer images and personal identifying information in a manner that avoids access to or misuse by unauthorized parties.



• Customers are provided a secure password to access project information and images. Projects are accessible only by secure password.



• DigitalCustom reserves the right to terminate system access by any person, with or without cause or advance notice. DigitalCustom will report any unlawful use or abuse of its system to authorities and will prosecute unlawful conduct to the fullest extent of the law.
